Founded by David Mandell and Peter Vogel Blank Slate Pictures strive to produce quality driven content in feature films, television and digital content. With the belief that film making is truly a collaborative process we work with passionate and talented story tellers to reveal undiscovered stories that need to be told.

DAVID MANDELL - FOUNDER

David, passionate for film making, honed his craft at The University of Southern California. Pursuing both the Dramatic Arts and the Cinematic Arts schools David fell in love with writing, directing and producing in addition to his passion for performance. David resides in Los Angeles.

PETER VOGEL - FOUNDER

Peter started his career as a PA on Ivan Reitman’s “Space Jam” - a great first gig - and then went to work on over two dozen films and several TV projects, working his way up the ladder to Producer. After being a partner at On Tap Productions Peter joined forces with David to form Blank Slate Pictures. Peter lives in Los Angeles with his two kids.
